Privacy Policy
Last updated September 6, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Enovatex INC., doing business as Enova Print (“Enova Print,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit www.enovaprint.ca, create an account, request a quote, upload artwork, place an order, request support, or receive communications connected with those services.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the website and provide the services you request.
Information you provide: This may include your name, company name, email address, phone number, account information, billing and shipping addresses, product selections, order or quote information, artwork, uploaded files, design instructions, proof decisions and support messages.
Information received automatically: When your device connects to the website, the website and its security services may temporarily receive an IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser or device category, referring page, essential session information and website response or error information. This information supports website operation, security, fraud prevention, rate limiting and troubleshooting. It is not used for advertising, behavioural profiling or tracking you across sessions.
Information received from service providers: Payment providers may return payment status and transaction references. Production, shipping, email and security providers may return information required to complete, monitor or protect a requested service. Full payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Enova Print.
3. How we use information
We use personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate accounts, carts, checkout and website features.
- Prepare quotes and process payments and orders.
- Review artwork, create designs and manage proofs.
- Produce, ship and support customer orders.
- Respond to questions and support requests.
- Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Troubleshoot the website and maintain limited operational records.
- Meet accounting, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Send promotional email only when the recipient has signed up or when otherwise permitted by law.
4. Consent and customer choices
When you request a quote, create an account, upload artwork, place an order, approve a proof or request support, we use the information necessary to complete that request.
Optional activities are handled separately. Joining the mailing list requires an affirmative sign-up and you may unsubscribe at any time. Optional AI editing begins only when you choose to use that feature.
You may withdraw consent for an optional activity, subject to completed transactions and legal requirements. If information required to provide a requested service is not supplied, we may be unable to provide that service. We may also collect, use or disclose information without consent where permitted or required by law.
5. Essential cookies and optional tracking
Enova Print uses essential first-party cookies to maintain secure sessions, preserve shopping-cart activity, protect forms against misuse, and complete requested transactions. These cookies are necessary for the website to function and are not used for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Enova Print does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar technologies to track visitors for advertising, profiling, or cross-session behavioural analysis. If optional tracking is introduced later, this Privacy Policy and any legally required consent controls will be updated before activation.
6. Server and security information
Our website, hosting provider, and security services may temporarily process an IP address, requested page, date and time, browser or device category, referring page, and website response information. This information is used only for website security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and limited aggregate operational statistics. IP addresses are not used to create customer profiles or track individuals across sessions. Server and security information is retained only for a limited period appropriate to its security, operational, or legal purpose and is then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
7. Artwork, uploads, the Online Designer, and optional AI editing
When you upload artwork, use the Online Designer, request design assistance, or review a proof, Enova Print processes the uploaded files, design instructions, product specifications, and proof responses only to provide the requested design, printing, proofing, production, storage, support, and delivery services. Customer-facing Online Designer diagnostic telemetry is currently disabled and the Online Designer is not used for advertising, behavioural profiling, or tracking customers across sessions.
If you choose an AI image-editing feature in the Online Designer, the selected image, your editing instruction, and limited technical information needed to complete that request may be processed by an artificial-intelligence service provider to return the requested edit. Enova Print does not use this optional feature for advertising or behavioural profiling. Customer and session identifiers, original filenames, and embedded image metadata are removed from the provider request. Do not submit payment-card details, government identification, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through an AI image-editing feature.
8. AI Support
If AI Support is made available and you choose to use it, your messages and limited information needed to understand your request may be processed by our AI service provider. Do not submit payment-card details, government identification, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through AI Support. AI Support is currently unavailable while additional privacy safeguards are completed. If enabled, conversations that are not converted into support tickets are normally deleted within the retention period published or displayed for that service.
9. Service providers and disclosures
Enova Print uses service providers for payment processing, website hosting, cloud file storage, website security, email delivery, functional website and Online Designer asset delivery, artificial-intelligence services when enabled, production, fulfillment, and shipping. These may include Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for security and cloud services, Google Fonts and jsDelivr for functional design assets, and OpenAI when AI-powered services are enabled. Providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role and handle it under applicable legal and contractual obligations.
When the Online Designer displays a selected font or approved graphic, the browser may request that functional asset from its delivery provider. The provider may receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address and browser information. Enova Print does not use these requests for advertising, behavioural profiling, or cross-session tracking.
Some orders may be produced or shipped directly by production and fulfilment partners. We provide those partners only with the recipient name, delivery address, email address, phone number, artwork, product specifications, and order information reasonably required to produce and deliver the order. Full payment card details are not shared with production or shipping partners.
10. Payment processing
Payment providers collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices. The website may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, wallet details, billing information, and limited fraud-prevention information, but does not intend to receive or store full payment card numbers.
11. Marketing communications
Promotional emails are sent only after an applicable sign-up or where otherwise permitted by law. Enova Print records the email address, consent date, sign-up source, consent wording version, and subscription status needed to manage that choice. You can unsubscribe directly through the email-preferences page or an unsubscribe option included with a marketing message. Transactional messages needed for an order, proof, payment, account, pickup, delivery, quote, or support request may still be sent.
12. Storage and processing locations
Service providers may process or store information in Canada or other jurisdictions, including outside Quebec. Information handled elsewhere may be subject to the laws and lawful access rules of that jurisdiction. Service providers are selected and managed with safeguards appropriate to their role and the sensitivity of the information.
13. Retention
Personal information and uploaded files are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, customer service, accounting, warranty or dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, and legal record requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of record and its purpose. Information is securely deleted or anonymized when its applicable retention period expires unless continued retention is permitted or required by law.
14. Safeguards and incidents
Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used according to the sensitivity of the information. Access is limited according to operational need. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected privacy or security incidents are assessed and handled as required by applicable law.
15. Access, correction, portability, and consent
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask how it has been handled, withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis, and request computerized personal information in a structured and commonly used technological format where that right applies. Identity verification, legal exceptions, and practical technical limits may apply.
16. Privacy questions and complaints
You may contact the designated Privacy Officer using the email shown for privacy and general inquiries in the Business Information section below. Enova Print will review privacy questions or complaints, verify identity when appropriate, and respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also contact the applicable privacy regulator if a concern is not resolved.
17. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when practices, services, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are posted on this page. A material change will apply from its stated effective date and will not rewrite the policy version recorded for an earlier completed order.
