What happens after I place an order?

Understand the usual artwork, proofing, production, and delivery steps after checkout.

After checkout

After you place an order, we record the selected products, options, artwork choice, payment status, and delivery details. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Depending on the product and artwork choice, the next step may be artwork review, proof approval, production, pickup, shipping, or delivery. If we need a file, approval, payment, or clarification, we will contact you before the order moves forward.
